Neo puts great emphasis on supporting its customers.  We want the kiosks they buy from Neo to deliver maximum benefit for as long as possible.

This starts at the level of kiosk design, where we build in reliability and maintainability.  The component parts are selected with this in mind.  We then make sure that they can be easily removed and refitted by someone with approved access to the kiosk.

We offer a one-year return-to-base warranty as standard and we are happy to extend that for a modest additional fee.   We can also provide on-site support services at very competitive rates if required.

Both Melbourne and Birmingham have dedicated service teams who work in purpose-built ’clean’ environments.
