Product Compliance Management ensures Neo kiosks comply with appropriate national, European and international standards to provide complete peace of mind for our customers. Our Quality Assurance System imposes stringent standards of control throughout the design, development and subsequent production, inspection, service and support processes.

We keep a record of every major component that goes into our kiosks. These components are then traceable through our production quality tracking system (NeoTrack). We are thus properly able to support our products throughout their life

We think we are unique among kiosk manufacturers in using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. FMEA is usually associated with very large manufacturing companies with mature quality management systems. NeoProducts has brought the benefits of FMEA to all stages in the kiosk product development lifecycle. If something can go wrong, we want to think right from the beginning how we can prevent it or reduce its effect.
