The Choice Based Lettings scheme goes on line

Brighton & Hove City Council chose the award-winning Affinity kiosk for their innovative Choice Based Lettings scheme, which enables citizens requiring housing to view and bid for suitable properties. This easy-to-use system provides the prospective tenant with details of properties, allows them to make housing applications on line and also to accept or decline any offers made. The kiosks were installed in public areas as well as the council offices.
