Rebuilding Marysville
|
NeoProducts has installed one of its Argon kiosks at the Rebuilding Advisory Centre in Marysville, Australia. The town, a mountain resort north-east of Melbourne, was almost completely destroyed by bush fires in February 2009. 38 residents died and 590 houses were destroyed. The fires on and around Saturday 7 February killed 173 people throughout Victoria and became known as Black Saturday. The kiosk hosts a survey that asks locals and visitors various questions about Marysville. The touch screen application was designed by our partner: Axial. A second (upper) screen shows video images of the rebuilding programme in the town. |
